Kathryn Laffrey studied Art Education at Michigan State University and is currently working on her Masters of Sacred Art through Pontifex University.
Currently she creates liturgical art and hand-embroidered illuminated chalice palls influenced by late Romanesque/early Gothic psalters and Byzantine embroidery.
She also enjoys creating wildlife paintings in watercolor, driftwood sculptures, and instructing workshops in a wide variety of media for people of all ages. She especially enjoys sharing her Polish heritage teaching pisanki workshops.
Kathryn lives in Michigan with her husband and three daughters.
